This project came about with the need to cater for a growing multi-generational style family. The brief was to allow for three generations to live comfortably together yet be able to retreat to the privacy of their own confines.
The project offers guest quarters with independent facilities, three children’s bedrooms, a generous master suite and living areas for both the parents and children. At the rear of the property we created a separate retreat for the grandparents.
The overall desired aestetic was to create a house that was recessive in its size whilst using minimal details and refined materials.
This project will be commencing construction in November 2023
